Make the sample stand-alone #8
Description
It currently depends on the core project (src/Core/AspUnitRunner.csproj), src/CommonAssemblyInfo.cs, NuGet, NUnit, and Rhino.Mocks which are all outside the sample folder.
Perhaps use rake to gather external dependencies and stage everything to a single, deployable folder (build/AspUnitRunner.Sample) and/or within git-ignored files/folders in the sample folder.
