Complete refactoring

Hello,

I'm doing a complete refactore in this. Adding:

New image/logo

Splashscreen

Icon

Added itens on menu

Possibility to change default port 8181 to any

Show message when have problem on activate websocket

Persist this configuration (\Scanner4WEB\configuration.db)

About window

Changes on window layout

Changes on code and structure

Updated dependencies (NTwain, etc)

• NTwain 3.4.1 -> 3.7.0
• Fleck 0.14.0.59 -> 1.1.0
• Microsoft.CSharp 4.3.0 -> 4.7.0
• System.Reflection.Emit 4.3.0 -> 4.7.0

Next I will do:

• Relayout of demo site;
• Recreate the installer with InnoSetup because the Scan_App_SetUp.vdproj is not working in Visual Studio Community 2019;
• Maybe create the same for others OS (macOS and Ubuntu Linux).

Only question

Can I join to this project? The usability is the same.
