Add ability to set text position

Hi. Thanks for your useful code. Compared to DummyImage, I appreciate the "s=10" parameter. But I have some problem with absolute position of text.

Text is vertically centered, and that's ok ! But my problem is that diacritics change the text height, therefore (for example) : the letter " É " will appear moved down compared to " E ". I would like to be able to force them to be aligned (same vertical position).

Could you easily introduce this feature ?

Maybe it isn't necessary to introduce a position parameter, maybe it is easiest to configure any text so that it has the same (max)height in any case ?

That's a great point - however I haven't touched this code in a very long time and I'm probably not going to have time to look at doing this for a few weeks. Contributions are certainly welcome! :)
