Add the option to simulate attribute boosters in skill plans

As it stands, the only way I found to get an idea of how much you save by using attribute boosters ... is to use the booster.

Unfortunately that kinda defeats the idea of planning ... Would love for this to be added to the Skill Planner !

I want to calculate this too so I had a look and maybe the following would work.

Add additional column to the "implant calculator" window with a booster where you can add attributes like you currently adjust them for the implants.

This would work in a crude way where the time of the booster isn't taken into account and would apply the booster for the whole queue so unless your queue is the same or less than the booster time (including skills) the accuracy is likely not the best.

I haven't dug into the code enough to understand if it's easy to calculate it for a specific time, if this is possible it would then behave more like the remapping tool where the attributes change at different spots in the skill plan but probably not partially through a skill. This would likely give incorrect results for a booster ending on a longer skill.

Open to more ideas before I start working on this one.
