input file format of codominant makers

Hi,

My VCF is too big to put into PGD spider, so I have to write a script to make the input file. I just wonder what symbol between numbers in [test_SNPs.txt](https://github.com/mfoll/BayeScan/blob/master/input_examples/test_SNPs.txt)? Tabs? or 2 to 4 whitespaces?
