Migrate away from Iron

.. since the Iron framework is kinda deprecated.

Currently the candidates are:

• actix-web,
• hyper
• and rocket.

I'm driven mostly by learning something new in this project so I'd most probably pick up the first choice since I've never worked with actix before.
