probably terminaltables isn't detecting that we are not on a real tty in this case

I proposed to replace SingleTable by a DoubleTable, as the double table does not cause the bug.

I have opened an issue on the terminaltables project -> matthewdeanmartin/terminaltables3#4

terminaltables project is now archived. So the issue will probably never be fixed...

I replaced terminaltables (archived) by its fork terminaltables3.
So may be it could be fixed someday...
