When uninstalling mfdata, mfserv, mfbase... do not remove HOME if a newer version is installed on the machine

When updating mfserv (or any other module) from version N to version N+1, the user home is kept
But if later version N is uninstalled, the user home is cleaned (except a few files).
We should not clean the user home if a newer version of the module is installed on the machine.
