Accessibility checks on documentation #2039
Description
As part of the git and GitHub Migration project at the Met Office we are updating our accessibility guidance for auto-generated documentation. I am opening up this Issue so that I and others can document changes that need to be made for accessibility reasons including but not limited to:
- The addition of an Accessibility Statement (legal requirement)
- Considering the use of a more accessible theme than Read the Docs
