Listen near speaker

@EthanCurtiss suggested at some point that it since the spatial voice drops off quite quickly, we should listen not from the position of the orb but somewhere between the orb and the speaker (so that they don't need to consciously manage their position relative to the orb). This has become more pressing with the "multi-board" setup in which the orb is further from the boards.

This should be as simple as moving the listening ring forward to be a constant distance from the speaker (of course, without actually moving the ring).
