Option to download manga without opening it

Feature Description

i would like to use mangal as only downloader because i have it on my server and i just want to download it to my cloud so i can read from any device. If im just blind and there is a key for it im sorry

It's in the toml config (~/.config/mangal/mangal.toml on linux) under [downloader], set read_downloaded to false.
