Is there a way I could configure mangal to send the downloaded chapters into a specific folder?

Sure! You can use downloader.path config field

Where to download manga                                                         
Absolute or relative.                                                           
You can also use tilde (~) to refer to your home directory or use env variables.
Examples: ~/... or $HOME/... or ${MANGA_PATH}-mangal      
                      
Key:     downloader.path
Env:     MANGAL_DOWNLOADER_PATH

For example, you can use this command to set it:

mangal config set -k downloader.path -v "~/MyFolder"
