[Bug]: LongTurbo is missing from Modem Preset List #999

Expected Behavior
Visiting Radio Config > LoRa allow you to choose "LongTurbo" as an option inside of "Modem Preset"
Actual Behavior
Visiting Radio Config > LoRa does not allow you to choose "LongTurbo" as an option inside of "Modem Preset"
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Radio Config
- Click on LoRa
- Find the "Modem Preset"
- Observe that LongTurbo is not an option
