OpenWRT Backporting Adventures

Status of efforts to backport meshtasticd and it's dependencies to stable OpenWRT versions.

We plan to target openwrt-24.10 (stable), openwrt-23.05 (security-only), and openwrt-22.03 (EOL).

Backporting to openwrt-21.02 and earlier would be much more difficult due to vast amounts of missing build dependencies for PlatformIO 😢
