Minor UI Navbar Alignement Fix

Current Behavior

When hovering between two adjacent navbar dropdowns (e.g., “Resources” → “Community”), the dropdown menus briefly overlap or flicker for around 2 seconds before stabilizing.
This creates a small but visible UI glitch in the navbar hover animation.

Desired Behavior

Hover transitions between navbar dropdowns should be smooth, with no overlap or flicker between dropdown menus.

Environment

• Browser(s): Arc Browser, Chrome 130.0.6723.91, Safari 18.0, Firefox 131.0
• Host OS: macOS Sonoma 15.0.1 (also tested on Windows 11)
• Meshery Environment: Website UI (meshery.io)
