Could you elaborate a bit? Clustering in what context?

In one of the lectures about cloud and data centers there was a discussion where the term clustering came up. There was also a slide on CaaS where kubernetes clusters where mentioned. The teacher thought we knew some aspects of a cluster and that it can be done with both VMs/Containers or physical machines.
Maybe just a short explanation of what a cluster is and that it brings performance and redundancy to a system, can be added where Kubernetes was mentioned.

Think we've mentioned it a couple of times (for example when talking about live migration and LXD), but you may be right that it's not described in any slide. Do you have a suggestion regarding which section to include it in?
