UI extension for mem command

The command line feels too slow and disconnected.
I want to build a VS Code extension that shows the progress of every memory action in real time.

Instead of typing mem snap or checking logs, developers can see everything directly inside VS Code:

1. the user prompt and the agent’s plan,
2. which files were changed,
3. a live diff view,
4. and a continuous memory timeline that updates automatically

This turns the invisible background process into something visual and interactive — so you can watch your memory evolve as you code, without leaving the editor.
