Single way of implementing behaviour

phoenicz needs a single way of implementing behavioiur. Legacy has four different kinds of behaviour between spotify titles, url titles, markov talking, commands and plugins. A unification if possible, would make things simpler for contributors as well as programmers and testers.

Architecture proposals welcome in comments. Decision needed.

I think all behavior should be written as plugins (at least as far as phoenix is concerned). E.g. those "legacy-commands" can reside in one plugin, but is treated just as any other plugin.

For easy-to-use in production there could be an alias system for rewriting calls to plugins.

Example: .lose becomes .com lose

But URL and spotify titles can't work as plugins.
