Hide resources for resource groups

We usually hide resources for clients which they aren't allowed to modify:

• Google Sitemap
• Disclaimer
• Privacy statement
• Resources with certain settings

We do this with resource and user groups. It would be awesome to use this plugin for that purpose. For example: 'Hide for clients', where 'clients' is a user group :)

@gpsietzema i would say that's definitely the purpose of resource groups & ACLs.With ResourceHider there is no ACL check (so no matter if the resource is visible or not, it does not prevent users from editing it -- it's just harder to "find") and the hidden/shown status applies to every single user since it makes use of the default resource table (show_in_tree/hide_children_in_tree columns).

Anyway, i understand & like your idea, i just have no idea right now on how to achieve this…
