Multi-paragraph footnotes

Hello!

I'm dealing with a text with long footnotes, some of them multi-paragraph and even with tables in them. The issue is that amuse's footnotes are thinked as single-paragraph (I think) and put the non-first paragraphs of the footnote in the main text.

I've tried the advice but it fails with a table in the footnote. I've modified the test in your link to show how I've tried in my text.

I'm afraid tables in the footnotes are not supported.
