• Germandbls with lowercase before and after
• florin
• exception for i, idotaccent, idotbelow
• dcaron/lcaron/tcaron-X tighter kerning than d/l/t-X
• dcaron and lcaron not in same right kerning group as d and l
• any letter before napostrophe (no letter can be before ’n in Afrikaans)
• any exception with napostrophe
• any kerning with Ldot/ldot(.sc), periodcentered.loclCAT(.case/.sc)
• any exception with ij
