Additional setting "campaign cookie expiry days"

Another expiry time could be set for the campaign-related cookies ('utm_source', 'utm_medium', 'utm_campaign', 'utm_term' and 'utm_content') as Google Analytics handles these separately, too.

It could default to the Google Analytics default of 6 months, but be adjustable like the others.
