Support Panacea v2 #47
Description
Although we're collaborating with Stamper, our legacy explorer also should support Panacea v2, because all crypto exchanges will keep using our legacy explorer for a while until the new explorer is released complete by Stamper.
For that, we can use the new version of panacea-js based on CosmJS
