A way to know the number of subscribers

The admin (and probably also a certain group of users) should be able to see the number of subscribers.

It should be optionally shown to all users, too.

In this version here on github Wikilog is able to send email notifications to regular MW watchers. You can use WhoIsWatching to expose that information
