Hi VitaliyFilippov,
It seems that someone managed to configured a Regex expression in our public editing wiki, which bypass the $acceptable = '/^([\\/\\|%])[^\0]*\\1[imsu]*$/s'; check and caused unknown modifier 'b' error.

Would you pleased to fix this error?

Hi. It doesn't check that the regex is correct, so it's probably because of things like {{#regex: abc|/b//s|z}}. The $acceptable only checks that the regex is safe to execute, i.e it doesn't have evals. So the way to fix it is probably just capturing warnings and printing them in the article text.

There are several security concern in showing php error code to public in production environment. We got nothing output with the {{#regex: abc|/b//s|z}} or similar wrong regex in article page.
Is it possible to let RegexParserFunctions display red 'ERROR' when someone wrote {{#regex wrong?
Such method is used by https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite , which is helpful.
