Fix Native image building

 INIT: Adopt '--strict-image-heap' to prepare for the next GraalVM release.
 AWT:  Use the tracing agent to collect metadata for AWT.
 HEAP: Set max heap for improved and more predictable memory usage.
 CPU:  Enable more CPU features with '-march=native' for improved performance.

Compile, ok, with: mvn -Pnative clean native:compile -DskipTests -Djacoco.skip=true -Dlicense.skipAddThirdParty=true -Dagent=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -Dgpg.skip=true -Dnative.skip=false -Dspring.aot.enabled=true

But crash on run: Fatal error reported via JNI: Could not allocate library name

Something with java.awt.Toolkit.loadLibraries(Toolkit.java:1381)
