Improving speed of MEAN Stack application #2027

Hi team
I am having issue with loading time of my web application
Its a MEAN stack application with MongoDB cloud ( having 400mb data)
IT is taking almost 13 seconds to load the app
is there any solution to improve the speed
please help me as soon as possible
