[FEATURE] Add hover effect to buttons and cards

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, all of the buttons and cards doesn't have any hover effect and it may cause a bad user experience. Adding hover effect would improve the user experience and it would also make the site more attractive.

We can change the color along with transition
