Co assembly

Hi,

This is more of a question than an issue.

Does the MuDoGeR pipeline support co-assembly of concated sequencing reads from multiple samples, or only per-sample individual assemblies?
I have a large number of samples to process so was hoping to split them into multiple mini co assemblies
