Is there any chance we could get a text highlighting feature?

I really like Keepnote, thanks so much for all your hard work. 

I often need to be able to highlight portions of text. A highlighting feature can be found in word processors, PDF programs and so on. I was kind of surprised that a great program like Keepnote didn't have one.

Is there any chance you could add a highlighting feature?
