[Linux] Integrate umu launcher in the flatpak build for easy Steamdeck integration

On SteamOS, Bazzite or any other immutable os you cant simply install umu-launcher. To be able to make it work we need to integrate it in the flatpak build so it works without having to install umu-launcher on the system.
