Cleanup of project structure and specific code
- Project Structure is confusing: Copied off github pages template and thus needs basic refactoring (stylesheets folder put into css folder, etc.)
- Specific code: Some parts have comments or confusing comments or the code itself needs to be optimized
- Priority: Medium
