### Description of feature

Instead of binary true/false in segmentation columns, allow for multi-layer factorization in a given column (i.e. Genotype: mpeg-1.knockout, mpeg-1.WT, mpeg-1.HET). This would allow for customized integration, marker gene analysis, or any tool that might leverage custom annotation and can be manipulated by the user on launch.
