Ability to Run Subset Pipeline

Description of feature

An option to enter the pipeline at the post-merge step with a finalized Seurat object .rds. This would allow for subset analysis for a specific cell type for example.

Require a new module for subsetting:

• subset by metadata col + idents in metadata column.
• subset by barcodes (either include or exclude)
