Average Time To First Byte Metric #5

Is it possible to retrieve Average Time To First Byte metrics from VIPs with the prometheus telemetry package and if so can it also be configured to only show key VIP metrics instead of scraping all available metrics from the VIPs? I was doing some reading and found that you can install an Application Visibility and Reporting (AVR) package to retrieve these metrics, but I can't find anything about getting these metrics exposed for prometheus to scrape. My hope was that the telemetry exporter would work to get these metrics without having to install the AVR module.
