Timepicker Allow Minutes Step instead of Increment

The timepicker increment options, allows a 5 minute step on the picker.

There should be an option for a custom stepping in minutes as there are occasions that you need the picker to increment in custom ammount of minutes instead of 5(increment) or 1(default behavious)

ex.
If a timepicker is used for 45mins classes for example, it has to step up on a 45mins base

If a timepicker is used for reservations in a restaurant you will need the increments to be by 10 minutes.

Making the user to choose a time with 1 minute interval will make it hard as the user will struggle to pick ex. 10:00 as they will choose 10:03 or something and they will tryhard to choose the correct time.
