Fatal error on activation

first of all thanks very much for your plugin.

I'd like to test, but I receive this error after I activated it:

Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/ejcrim/wp-content/plugins/ojs-import-master/ojsimport.php on line 396

May you help me?

I resolved the issue. Maybe It depends because I install it on local workspace.
But now I have a new problem. I can't see TOOLS --> OJS IMPORT in my admin menu... :(

Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in PHP 5.4.

To fix this you have to change the following lines in ojsimport.php:

line 396:
return self::import_post('page_'.$page,&$postarr);
to
return self::import_post('page_'.$page,$postarr);

line 468:
$ID = self::import_post($prim_key,&$postarr,$cat);
to
$ID = self::import_post($prim_key,$postarr,$cat);
