Add a python script for automated runs of the test programs

In the following weeks, we will run a lot of different tests to verify the functionality of the performance enhancements, therefore we need a faster method of running and storing the output of test programs. As a start, it would be nice to have a script that runs all the tests sequentially and stores its outputs in the output directory.

We think we'll want the script to have the following features:

1. Specify which programs to run in the test perhaps with a flag e.g. default is everything. We could perhaps specify a directory to find the programs so we don't have to keep spelling out a long, relative path (../..//test/deadlock_programs) for each program we want to run
2. Allow the script to be used with both the deadlock and the deadlock-free programs (possibly implied by point (1))
3. Specify the directory where the executables are contained (related to specifying the name)
