Error on render PO in DnD 4e

Foundry version: 13.350
System: DnD 4th Edition 0.7.0-beta

If you try to open PO, you will catch "Error: An error occurred while rendering PartyOverviewApp 119. actor.script.includes is not a function" error

This is due to changes we made in D&D4e 0.7.0 for V13. I already have a PR to fix this ready to go, just waiting for the non-beta system release before firing it off.
