[Feature Request] Add functyionality to change *not dead* state #289

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the system Draw Steel player characters get the "dying" state when below 0 health, and only get the "dead" state when at -50 % max health

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently there is only the option to mark a creature as "dead" or "don't mark as dead" which translates to "unconscious". It would be nice if there would be an option to change the estimates displayed for "don't mark as dead" the same way above 0 % can be changed.

Is this specific to system or is it system agnostic?
While this could be used for any system, in this case it is specific to the Draw Steel system
