jquery cache info lost in converting Dom to JsonML

hey,I'm trying to convert the whole Dom to JsonML，and turn that JsonML back to HTMLText by using toHTMLText method. In this way , I can resume any data and status in the page. but in fact ,only some works fine..... i found the reason, if you use jquery , jquery cache info won't be saved when converting DOM to JsonML . so after you resume the page , something elem will be useless. such as bootstrap modal.I don't know how to deal with this. looking for help
