Cannot install the add-on in blender 3.2 - macOS 12.4 Monterey

on MACOS Monterey ( version 12.4)
python version ( installed with macOS ) 3.10.5

when I try to install the CellBlender add-on, latest version taken in GitHub, I obtain the error displayed in the attached screen shot.

I tried to select the zip file generated by github
I tried to uncompress the zip file, and install the uncompress folder

any idea of what I can try to fix this ?
