A user has mentioned that hot reload is not working

I've been informed that hot reload of react components may not be working, in my tests it seems to be. I'll do more tests later, the webpack [react-starter](https://github.com/webpack/react-starter) seems to have a working version. I'll use this for the basis of my webpack config.
