[Repro steps needed] Drag and drop sometimes results in tree being moved to bottom of panel

Steps to reproduce

• Open Firefox in a new profile
• Install Sidebery
• ???
• Drag and drop tab onto another

Actual behavior

• Tree (tab, new parent, other siblings) is sometimes moved to bottom of panel

Expected behavior, possible causes and additional notes

• Tree remains where it is

No logs because I can't repro consistently, happens intermittently with no pattern I've identified yet. Not super often.

Opening to gather reports from anyone else that has ran into this, and see if we can come up with repro steps

Today I noticed that a new number tooltip started showing when selecting multiple tabs, which means that my extension auto updated to 5.5.0. And today I started experiencing the same issue: Drag and drop sometimes results in tab being moved to bottom of panel. Very annoying. I haven't changed any Sidebery settings in months
