MIMIC-III Pre-Processing #8

I want to thank you for the amazing work you published and would like to reproduce your results on MIMIC-III. In your work you refer to De Brouwer et al. (2019) for pre-processing MIMIC-III, however running their notebooks unfortunately does not give me the results they or you report. Therefore, is it possible for you to provide either: the pre-processing files you used (admissions.ipynb, labevents.ipynb, etc.) for MIMIC-III (not MIMIC-IV), or your pre-processed MIMIC-III dataset csv (e.g. via Physionet), or the exact library versions of all packages listed in setup.py?
Thank you very much in advance, it would help me a lot with my own research.
