Errors with missing specific .dat files while running the jupyter notebooks

Hi! I tried to run notebooks in ca1/NeuroML2/notebooks/ and got errors with missing some specific .dat files. For example, in the Visualize_ChannelDynamics notebook, 'Nav.m.inf.lems.dat' was missing when I tried to run plot_inf(["Nav"]). I am not sure if the .dat file was not included in this GitHub repo, or if there's anything I misunderstood?

Hi there, you have to run NeuroML2/channels/analyse_nmlchans.sh first.
That'll save the mentioned .dat files (and create other summaries as well).
