KvM channel #17
Description
The KvM channel is present in the eLife paper when the channels are listed, but it's not present in any of the neuron models, based on the bitbucket repo and http://mariannebezaire.com/ca1_graphic/mymodel.html.
However it's present in:
CCK+BC in bitucket 0e789a2
SCA in bitucket 0e789a2
Note: the maximum condactance is set by the .mod files default 0.0001, since the channel file doesn't have gmax, but gbar
(setting the conductances to the values specified in the .hoc templates would hyperpolarize the whole cell even with rheobase current input...) -> CCK and SCA are reoptimized, but that might be necessary to include meaningful M-currents
