Adapt to tidyr v1.0.0 #2

I'm looking at the revdep checks for the release slated to be tidyr v1.0.0.
We see a problem with sampler:

Based on my investigations of other packages, I suspect the root cause is that tidy::nest() now returns a grouped data frame. That has implications for subsequent calls to dplyr verbs, such as mutate().
I haven't looked at your specific package yet, but there's. decent chance that this note will help you update sampler to work with the development version to tidyr, soon to become v1.0.0.
