[Feature Request] List of Pokemon with Iv/CP and ability to Evolve/Upgrade

Would like the ability to see every Pokemon you have with the ability to Evolve/Upgrade them via button.

I plan on starting this from both the C# side of Necro and the UI

there is not much response on here, i was trying to get a form into the code which i managed but i dont know c# so well so i couldn't get the strings and variables into my form

i was thinking of adding a experience progressbar aswell to make it look nicer and stuff
