Plugin Controller

I'm using the Controller plugin and I believe the documentation is wrong.
It says :
"When using the router, the action parameter is mandatory. This plugin adds another mandatory parameter named controller. This parameter refers to the controller name whereas the action parameter refers to a method of the controller class."

I was not able to use this kind of syntax. In fact, the only way to get it right is by using the action parameter with "controller/method".
A TestController with a viewTest() method can be called with "test/viewTest".
